Late at night

Slept at around 5am yesterday i guess. I think i have to change my sleeping habit haha...ended up i woke up at 2.30pm... this is not good for me man. Gonna have alot of trouble adjusting back when i go back to school.

So anyway, I gotta dedicate my Thursday as my offcial Maths Self Tution Day. So i won't be online from around 4-6pm. Have to catch up to all the top scorers man!

And i still got my script that i need to finish by this friday. Jialat!

Seems like im going to be busy for these few days i guess. And I can't believe i dreamt about the same thing twice last night. Continuous one somemore. Because i woke up at 12pm and fell back asleep again. So i kinda continued the dream. Quite cool huh.

Last Thursday

I almost forgot.

Last thursday Carol and Karyin came over to my place since its been some time since they've been over. You two good ar...i ended up waiting until 7.30 like that before they arrived.

So anyway, i managed to cook 2 dishes out of 3 for them so they don't have to go and buy fries or what huh...haha..

But yeah, was good to see them again. Didn't realise i haven't talked to them for such a looonnng time already. Was quite relaxing. Reminded me of last time when we were studying for our chem O lvls. LOL

Karyin was watching tv while Carol and I played ps2 first.

Carol Tang Jia Le officially cannot drive fast cars, period. Hahahah... But anyway, the two of them ended up getting hooked on playing Winning Eleven you know!

Played until 11 plus, ended up taking cab back since it was so late already. Next time come in afternoon la, then no need to go home so late. So thats about it!

Last night i laid in bed and looked through my handphone.

I deleted the old messages and that sms you sent me that I thought i would never delete even if it hurts reading it again.

I deleted the 2 voice recordings that I recorded once by accident.

I'm not sure if i can delete the rest.

Kah Kin smsed me out of the blue and asked if i wanted to MJ anot. So okay lor, packed my things and went.

Well we didn't play MJ at all but instead some ASSHOLE TAI DEE!! Yea and KK asshole. Haha. Anyway, we went for dinner after that so I'll let the pictures do the talking.

Class BBQ at loon yuan place

As the title says, we had a class BBQ at Loon Yuan's place on Saturday.

We were supposed to meet in the morning at 10 but i couldn't make it because i had to celebrate my sister's birthday in advance with her in the morning first. Well, ended up i waited for her until afternoon 2 like that before we actually started singing the birthday song. So HAPPY BIRTHDAY SIS! Okay la belated one don't blame me k.

Reached clementi mrt station but i went to Bengawan Solo (don't really bother with the spelling) to buy a cake for Jenmey! After that i walked towards the new clementi interchange which was where i almost got into an accident.

Basically i thought the short road you cross where cars can make a left turn was a zebra crossing when actually it was really traffic lights. So i walked towards an on-coming car. LOL. I still blur blur slowly walk dunno why the car horn me like siao.

So anyway, the wait for the bus was super long i tell you. Bloody 156. So i reached there and most of them were there already, playing cards and such. AND I COULD HEAR JENMEY FROM THE DOOR. As usual luh. She laugh until damn loud.


Us guys naturally had to start the fire, so it was left to me and bx, ck and jiajun i think. In the end it was Cyrill, jiajun, hwee boon's bf and me who were cooking the food luh. But Cyril really champion. From start to finish after he cooked the otah he cont. with the the chicken chop.

Out of the teachers we invited, Ms Lang couldn't make it last min but Bai lao shi managed to come so it was still not bad.

Of course, then john came and loon yuan and I went up to get the cake to "surprise" Jenmey.
When she was cutting the cake I still asked her to cut such that got alot of cream on the knife...then when she asked why i took the knife and......

Smear on her face la hahaha. She also damn funny ask me why and really did it.

Then we went to play some basketball but later on most of them had left already. Left Loon yuan, me, Bx, Gab and Tim only.

Stayover!

Mj for awhile. Play com awhile. Learnt Texas Hoe Down poker. Not bad.

And damnit timothy's ass is damn big! NO SPACE TO SLEEP. 5 guys squeeze on loon yuan parents' bed. Tim's ass beside me, Bx tried to sleep on Gab's ass.

Just when i was super uncomfortable, Gab and Bx decided to play some dota, so thank goodness for that. I had more space to sleep.


Morning, we were too lazy to go to mac itself so we called for delivery. Bx had to go but kept dragging all th way from around 10 to 12.30 like that then we finally left.

And thus ends a fun stayover at Loon Yuan's place. Now he's all alone again.

I like long bus rides. I could stare out of the window and think just about anything. Sometimes I'll think about you. But it doesn't really matter.

I just wish I could just sit on the bus all day.

Stay over

Stayed over at Paul's place on friday!

The poor bastards that stayed over: Kah Kin, me and Darence

Here's what we did:

1) Morning meet at 10am go eat breakfast. Ended up go CU eat ban mian while Paul and I ordered the bah chou meeee. Problem was it took damn long to come. Apparently the aunty was re cooking the soup =/

Then, mj! Yeah then we got pretty bored and played poker with the chips and asshole dai dee.Hahaha Kah Kin!

2) Played until 3pm like that, had to bring my terrapin to go see doctor so kah kin came with me. After that, reached home and went for taekwondo. Tkd was interesting because we were training for our black belt grading coming up soon so we were learning self defense techniques. A crash course. Damn funny when practising. Have to act act abit one! Hahah.

3) 11pm. Bathe. 11.20. Shiet there goes last bus. Cab. Paul house. Mj until 2am called for mcdelivery and it came at 3am like that. So we ate our double, double cheeseburgers (we bought 2 each) and watched discovery channel on TV. LOL

4) So by then we were quite shag and didn't want to play mj anymore, so kk suggested we play RISK instead. Okay lor.

I suay suay kena Australia and some parts of Europe. Paul ended up taking over much of Africa and eventually took over North America. After a long, grueling battle until 7am, i ended up losing most of my forces and settling in my Australia while the rest of them started to build back up their armies.

SUPER TIRED. So we left the game at that.

So that pretty much sums up the whole day. Saturday and Sunday were quite boring.

But i spent alot of money on fish and co and Die Hard 4.0 dvd on sunday.

Damnit.

Its over!!

Its finally over! No more project work ever!

I've been thinking. Am i really going to get a job doing just videography? What are my prospects? Is the market getting too saturated? The wedding videography market is getting kind of saturated from what i see. People are trying to make themselves more attractive by tying up professional photographers to provide a complete suit package.

What can I do? What happens if i run out of creativity? It doesn't arise as a problem to me now, but what happens when i reach 40 years old? Surely i cannot depend on creativity alone. But i see people around who worked in Mediacorp for a years and come out and set up their own production houses. DXN.net is a good example.

To start off, i need to train myself in working with Final Cut Pro. But i need a mac. It's the industry standard currently. If i keep sticking to Premiere Pro, i'll most likely be limited to the wedding videography and corporate market. I need the experience of industry broadcasts.

Very simply, I need money luh. So for now, I'll build up my portfolio first.

Coming up in production is another short film for SVA this year. They renamed it Singapore Digital Media Awards this year. Apparently they're accepting flash entries or other digital pieces this time. Since project work is over, i have to start planning my production schedule now.

And thanks for coming up with the pink diary thing ar. Haha. It feels like a good way to introduce the character but i still have to finalize the story.
